STI in Massachusetts is seeking a CAAS Manager to lead accounting and advisory services for high‑impact clients, requiring a degree in accounting or finance and 10+ years of leadership experience. Qualifications

• Degree in accounting/finance required; master's preferred.
• 10+ years of accounting/financial services experience with leadership.
• Experience in the CAAS domain and with financial reporting regulations.
• CPA certification is a plus; change management experience is beneficial.

Requirements for theClient Accounting & Advisory Services (CAAS) Manager:

• A degree in accounting, finance, or a related discipline is required; a master's degree is advantageous.
• Over 10 years of experience in accounting or financial services, with leadership experience.
• Experience requiredin the CAAS domain.
• In-depth understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and direct accounting operations.
• Expertise in client relationship management.
• Strong skills in business development and sales.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Skilled in using accounting software and related technology.
• CPA certification is a plus.
• Experience in process improvement and change management is beneficial.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks Online and other cloud-based accounting platforms is preferred.

• Must be local and able to work on a hybrid schedule
