Job summary

Beacon Hill seeks an Accounting Manager to report directly to the CFO and partner with the finance leadership in a growing firm. This role offers opportunities to influence accounting operations and drive process improvements with increasing autonomy.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s in accounting or finance, 6+ years of experience (financial services preferred), and CPA or CPA eligibility. NetSuite experience is required, with a flexible hybrid schedule and strong benefits.

• CPA or CPA eligibility is a major plus.
• Experience with NetSuite is required.

We are currently partnered up with a growing financial services firm who is looking to hire an Accounting Manager to report directly to and partner with the CFO. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and growing team and make a direct impact on the accounting and financial operation within the firm. There's a lot of room for growth and an ability to continue taking on new responsibilities with time and gaining autonomy.

The ideal candidate has their bachelor's degree in accounting or finance and at least 6 years of experience. Financial services experience is preferred, specifically within fund accounting, asset management, or public accounting. A CPA or CPA eligibility is a major plus, and NetSuite experience is needed.
