Hunt Oil is seeking an Accounting Manager to lead a team of three Staff Accountants and oversee corporate and international accounting. You will guide month-end close, intercompany accounting, reconciliations, and audits while driving process improvements and automation.
Ideal candidates have 7–10 years in accounting, a Bachelor's in Accounting, and preferably an MBA or CPA/candidate. Hybrid work options are available in Dallas, with strong compensation and benefits.

The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing corporate and international accounting functions while leading a team of three Staff Accountants. This role manages key accounting processes, including month-end close, intercompany accounting, account reconciliations, financial reporting, and audit support. The Accounting Manager partners with internal stakeholders and external auditors, provides guidance on complex accounting transactions, and drives process improvements through automation and emerging technologies.
