Crown is seeking an Accounting Manager to oversee plant-level accounting, drive cost transparency, and support production and leadership with accurate financial reporting. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance, 5+ years of accounting experience (manufacturing preferred), and strong GAAP knowledge.

The Accounting Manager oversees all plant-level accounting activities, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong internal controls, and effective support for production, supply chain, and leadership teams. This role manages daily accounting operations, cost accounting functions, inventory controls, and compliance for a high‑volume aluminum can manufacturing facility. The Accounting Manager partners closely with operations to drive cost transparency, improve financial performance, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Fast‑paced, high-volume manufacturing environment with frequent interaction with production floors. Requires regular presence in plant operational areas to gather data and support leadership. Typical work schedule is day shift with occasional extended hours during month‑end close or audits. May involve exposure to noise, moderate temperatures, and handling of materials. Use of personal protective equipment (PPE) required. Ability to lift 50lbs or more. Able to perform in a high‑pressure fast paced environment.
