What You'll Do
As the Accounting Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day accounting operations and help guide the financial health of the company. Reporting to the Controller (or senior finance leadership), you'll be responsible for:
Managing and mentoring a small accounting team (currently Senior Accountant and Payroll Manager).
Leading month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Overseeing general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and account analysis.
Supporting external audits and compliance initiatives.
Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Partnering with cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements.
Helping prepare for future growth, including potentially adding a staff accountant within 12-18 months.
What You Bring
? CPA required - candidates without this designation will not be considered.
? 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
? Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting operations in a high-growth environment.
? Proactive, self-motivated mindset - you're not just looking for direction, you're creating it.

Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $125,000-$140,000
Annual bonus: Up to 15%
