What You'll Do
As the Accounting Manager, you'll oversee day-to-day accounting operations and help guide the financial health of the company. Reporting to the Controller (or senior finance leadership), you'll be responsible for:

• Managing and mentoring a small accounting team (currently Senior Accountant and Payroll Manager).

• Leading month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.

• Overseeing general ledger, reconciliations, accruals, and account analysis.

• Supporting external audits and compliance initiatives.

• Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

• Partnering with cross-functional teams on special projects and process improvements.

• Helping prepare for future growth, including potentially adding a staff accountant within 12-18 months.

What You Bring
? CPA required - candidates without this designation will not be considered.
? 5+ years of accounting experience, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or management role.
? Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and accounting operations in a high-growth environment.
