Job summary

Paycom - ATS in Baldwin City, KS is seeking an experienced accounting leader to manage general ledger activities, produce financial statements, and drive reporting accuracy. You will coordinate a team, analyze variances, and ensure compliance with GAAP across daily, monthly, and annual close processes.

Purpose:Performs various complex accounting duties according to Dealership policy and accounting theory. Duties may include coordinating, preparing, and analyzing general ledger information and reports that provide summary information for management to use in making Dealership financial decisions. Represents the Accounting Department as the contact for accounting issues. Attracts, retains, and effectively engages department personnel.
