The Opportunity

We’re looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to take ownership of core accounting operations and play a critical role in our growing Finance function. As Accounting Manager, you’ll lead day-to-day accounting and reporting, support financial strategy, and help scale financial operations to match our growth trajectory.

This is a hands-on leadership role with room to grow, offering visibility across the organization and opportunities to drive process improvements in a high-growth SaaS environment.

What You'll Do

1. Own and manage all aspects of accounting operations, including GL, AR/AP, payroll, revenue recognition (ASC 606), and month-end close.
2. Ensure accuracy and compliance with GAAP and financial standards.
3. Prepare timely and accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
4. Lead and manage annual audit processes and coordinate with external auditors.
5. Maintain and improve internal controls, accounting policies, and documentation.
6. Collaborate with Finance leadership on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
7. Partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Success to support company initiatives.
8. Manage accounting systems, tools, and workflows to support scaling operations.
9. Support tax filings, compliance, and regulatory reporting as needed.

What You Bring

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
2. 5+ years of progressive accounting experience; SaaS or technology industry experience required.
3. Strong understanding of SaaS metric reporting, ASC 606 revenue recognition, and subscription-based billing models.
4. Experience with accounting software (NetSuite preferred) and system integrations.
5. Proven ability to lead and mentor a small team, as well as manage up to leadership.
6. Detail-oriented with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
7. Self-starter with a “builder” mindset and a passion for creating scalable processes in a fast-moving company.
