Job summary

BST Gallagher Flynn LLP in Latham, NY invites motivated students to join its Internship Program. This paid internship offers exposure to valuation, outsourcing, audit, and advisory work, with hands-on learning and real client projects in a collaborative environment.

You will shadow professionals, assist with data entry and financial reporting, and gain experience in tax return preparation while using industry tools. On-site office in Latham.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's in Accounting, Business, or Taxation.
• Completed introductory accounting courses and understand basic accounting principles.
• Proficiency with computers and a comfort with numbers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with QuickBooks or VITA is a plus.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• A proactive attitude and desire to grow professionally.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work in a standard office environment and sit at a desk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Shadow experienced team members and potentially join them on client site visits.

Internship Opportunities: Fall 2027 (September - December)
