The 10-week program runs June through August with flexible dates based on school schedules. We seek top-performing undergraduates with at least a 3.0 GPA, strong analytical and communication skills, and a drive to learn about commercial banking.

Qualifications

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Currently enrolled undergraduate student in a related field.
• Strong analytical, conceptual, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to self-motivate and work without supervision.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis; no immigration sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• As an intern, work on challenging projects in your field of study.
• Receive support from a mentor throughout the program.
• Participate in business projects, mentoring, leadership development training and team-building activities.
