Job summary

Evergreen FS in Bloomington, IL is seeking a Summer Accounting Intern to support the accounting team with core processes and technology-enabled workflows. You will gain hands-on experience in sales tax records, fixed assets, and digital document storage using SharePoint and AI tools.

The program offers mentorship, professional development, networking, and a capstone project through the GROWMARK Internship Program, with a 12-week summer commitment starting May 24, 2027.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree or certification in college or university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrate business knowledge, collaboration, communication, customer focus, math abilities and decision making.

Responsibilities

• Assist accounting with organizing and maintaining sales tax exemption records.
• Contribute to fixed asset records by reconciling asset information.
• Support electronic accounting document storage using SharePoint and AI tools.
