Job summary

Enterprise Holdings is seeking an Accounting Intern in Wilmington, NC to gain hands-on exposure to basic accounting procedures and financial analysis. The role runs 40 hours per week for 10–12 weeks, starting May 17, 2027, at our administrative office.

You will support accounts payable/receivable and assist with financial reporting and filings, while gaining broad exposure to our business operations. Ideal candidates are enrolled full-time in Accounting/Finance, have Excel/Word proficiency, and

Qualifications

• Enrolled full-time in accounting or finance with graduation planned Aug 2027–May 2028.
• Willing to work in-person, 40 hours/week at the Wilmington office.
• 10–12 week internship starting May 17, 2027.
• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the United States.
• Relocation willing within 1–3 years for potential opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Work closely with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports and schedules.
• Involved with A/P & A/R functions; cash receipts & petty cash.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties as needed.
