Job summary

Enterprise is offering an Accounting Intern position designed to give real-world exposure to financial management within our business operations. You will begin by handling basic accounting tasks and support across accounts payable/receivable, financial statement preparation, and analysis, with room for growth through our Business Management Training program.

You must be enrolled full-time in an Accounting or Finance bachelor's program and prepared to relocate if promotions arise.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled full-time in a bachelor's program in Accounting or Finance with a May 2027 graduation date.
• Experience in accounting, accounts payable/receivable or bookkeeping preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Must be willing to relocate outside local area/state within 1-3 years for promotions.
• Authorized to work in the United States; no sponsorship needed.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a valid driver's license with minimal violations.
• No drug or alcohol incidents in last 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing financial statements and analysis.
• Coordinate with rental branches and other departments.
• Assist accounting managers with reports.
• Involved with A/P & A/R, cash receipts and petty cash.
• Assist in accounting schedules and filing.
• Perform miscellaneous administrative duties.
