Job summary

Hermès US offers an in-person internship in New York City through the Generation H program. The five-month internship runs January 11 through June 28, 2027, and interns are paid $20 per hour.

Depending on academic schedules, positions may be full-time or part-time, with in-person work a core requirement. As part of the Accounting/Finance team, you will support credit card dispute handling, month-end close, reconciliations in SAP, journal entries, and inter-company reconciliations, while also

Qualifications

• Enrolled in an Associates, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree program.
• Excel expertise including Pivot Tables, V-Lookups, H-Lookups, Index/Match, Sumifs.
• Knowledge of SAP and Retail POS software.
• Regular in-person work at a Company-designated location is essential.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, investigate, and report credit card disputes with store directors.
• Participate in the periodic hard close process.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and SAP clearing activities.
• Assist with monthly journal entries and true ups for accounts.
• Perform inter-company bill back and reconciliation.
