Sunoco, L.P. is seeking energetic interns for a 12-week Accounting internship in Dallas. You will work on high-impact projects, interact with senior leadership, and gain exposure to the oil and gas industry in a fast-paced environment.

Applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program with expected graduation in Fall 2027 or Spring 2028. Opportunities to express location preference available during interviews.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in college; open to candidates of all degrees if the work sounds intriguing.
• Preferably junior status
• Self-motivated with involvement in activities outside college studies.
• Distinctive problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity to solve complex problems.
• Strong work ethic and accountability to get stuff done with coaching and feedback.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced Excel skills; familiarity with SQL a plus.

Responsibilities

• Refine existing team and organization dashboards and reports that drive strategic decision-making.
• Develop models to help assess opportunities or optimize current processes for incremental profitability.
• Serve as a thought partner and contribute to the team’s problem-solving orientation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure work is understood and supported across the organization.
