Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration.
Basic understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP).
Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) with intermediate skills in Excel.
Strong organization skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Assists with research, filing, and data entry to maintaining accurate and complete financial records.
Assists in month-end closing processes, ensuring transactions are in accordance with GAAP.
Prepares assigned reconciliations and reporting.
Assists with the accounts payable and receivable functions, as necessary.
Assists with audit and tax activities.
