What You’ll Actually Do

• Execute core accounting procedures, including preparing journal entries, conducting account reconciliations, and supporting month-end and quarter-end close activities.
• Contribute to financial reporting, assist with budgeting and forecasting processes, and support capital project accounting and fixed asset management.
• Participate in internal and external audits by validating compliance, verifying inventory levels, and assessing internal controls.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable transactions, process invoices, resolve discrepancies, and support expense reporting and cash controls.
• Collaborate with accounting and operations teams to troubleshoot issues, recommend process improvements, and provide valuable financial insights.
