Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and cash management, interfacing with A/R and A/P and bank reconciliations, and month-end close.
• Payroll, 401K, health, dental, life insurance administrative duties.
• Generate monthly financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and city reporting and tax requirements.
• Prepare documents for semi-annual CPA review.
• Handle additional reporting requirements as needed.

• Manage Day to Day Accounting Operations/ Cash Management – Working with A/R & A/P, Interface with bank reconciliations, month-end close.
• Data base Administrative Skills including: Payroll, 401K, Health, Dental, Life Insurance
• Generate Monthly Financial Statements
• Insure Compliance with Federal, State and City Reporting & Tax Requirements
• Prepare Necessary documents for semi-annual review by CPA firm
• Various other reporting requirements
