About the role:

We are hiring Accounting Consultants (Engagement Directors) for our Client Accounting and Advisory Services (CAAS). CAAS provides customized accounting support for clients (typically larger than $50M) on an interim and project basis. If you value flexibility, variety, and work-life balance, keep reading!

As an Engagement Director, you will:

  • Serve as a high-level interim or project-based accounting resource for clients across various industries, covering roles such as Interim Controller, Financial Reporting Manager, Internal Audit Manager, etc.
  • Design and improve accounting processes including monthly close, management and financial reporting, forecasting, consolidations, and system implementations.
  • Take an active, hands-on approach in executing client engagements.

What you will need:

  • At least ten years of relevant work experience, including public accounting. Prior industry experience as a CFO, Controller, SEC Reporting or Internal Audit Manager is preferred. Big Four experience is a plus!
  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field.
  • Mastery of Microsoft Excel and experience with various accounting software.
  • CPA certification is preferred but not required.
  • Prior project management and exceptional client service experience preferred.
