Job description

Main Duties & Responsibilities
Primary Job Role

Obtains financial data for use in maintaining accounting records.

Compiles and sorts documents, such as invoices and checks, substantiating business transactions.

Verifies and posts details of business transactions, such as funds received and disbursed, and totals accounts.

Computes and records charges, refunds, cost of lost or damaged goods, freight charges, rentals, and similar items.

Prints vouchers, invoices, checks, account statements, reports, and other records, as directed.

Inputs accounts payables.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Education and Experience

Formal Education High School diploma or GED

Experience 1-2 years

Required / Credentials

Able to easily and effectively comprehend written material and communicate orally and in writing with employees and customers.

Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word, and Ten Key required.

Must be able to comprehend, speak and write the English language.

Accounts Payable Experience.

Updating of Knowledge
