  • Collect and verify supporting documentation from other departments to ensure accurate invoicing
  • Prepare and post daily deposits in accounting software
  • Research and apply unallocated deposits
  • Maintain and update accounting spreadsheets as needed
  • Assist in generating invoices based on departmental inputs
  • Provide support for accounts receivables and collections via phone and email
  • Occasionally assist with accounts payables
  • Track invoice payments and other financial data using QuickBooks Online (QBO)
  • Respond to and make client phone calls as needed
  • Participate in weekly departmental meetings
  • Past work experience that demonstrates strong attention to detail
  • Prior experience in an accounting role is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Familiarity with Quick Books is a plus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
