Job summary

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree in Accounting or related field, strong mathematical and analytical skills, and proficiency with Infinium, Excel, and Word.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or related field; two+ years of training or equivalent experience.
• Mathematical reasoning and problem sensitivity.
• Computer proficiency with Infinium or equivalent financial applications, Excel and Word.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with high ethical standards.
• Detail oriented with strong communication and writing skills.
• Familiarity with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process accounts payable and receivable functions.
• Audit corporate payables and expense reports for approval signatures, accuracy, reasonableness and legitimacy.
• Enter, proof and post all corporate payables, expense reports and check requests into Infinium.
• Audit and reconcile vendor statements.
• Deposit, enter and post all incoming cash transactions.
• Enter daily sales activity.
• Prepare and compile financial or accounting reports as required.
• Code documents according to company procedures.
• Reconcile discrepancies found in records and report accordingly.
• Support general accounting functions as needed.
