We are looking for a meticulous and dedicated Accounting Clerk to join our team on-site in Downtown Los Angeles. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records and providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expense and credit card reconciliation, expense coding, and providing administrative support. Attention to detail is a must for this position.

Responsibilities
  • Expense and Credit Card Reconciliation: Accurately reconcile expense reports and credit card statements to ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
  • Customer Service: Provide outstanding service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues related to expenses and credit card transactions.
  • Expense Coding: Ensure all expenses are coded correctly according to company policies and procedures.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with various administrative tasks to support the Contracts and Procurement departments, including filing, data entry, and document management.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in accounting or a related field.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
