Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, business analysis, or treasury.
• Experience with cash flow forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis.
• Strong understanding of A/R, A/P, accruals, and working capital.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Experience with ERP systems; SAP or NetSuite preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with multiple departments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support short- and long-term planning.
• Analyze accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital to improve cash flow.
• Perform budgeting, variance analysis, accruals, pricing, and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and financial reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and improve operational efficiency.
• Partner with department leaders to analyze financial trends and support strategic decisions.
• Assist with collections, credit management, and banking activities.
• Coordinate payroll and contractor payments, including reconciliations and reporting.
• Support financial modeling, cost-benefit analysis, and capital investment decisions.
• Present financial findings and recommendations to senior leadership.

The ideal candidate has a strong accounting or finance background, advanced Excel skills, and the ability to turn financial and operational data into meaningful insights for leadership.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cash flow forecasts to support short- and long-term financial planning.
• Analyze accounts receivable, accounts payable, and working capital to improve cash flow.
• Perform financial analysis, including budgeting, variance analysis, accruals, pricing, and profitability.
• Develop dashboards and financial reports to monitor business performance and KPIs.

• Partner with department leaders to analyze financial trends and support strategic decisions.

• Coordinate semi-monthly employee payroll and monthly contractor payments, including reconciliations and reporting.
