CLA is seeking an Associate to join our CAAS (Manufacturing Industry) team based out of Minneapolis, MN; Milwaukee, WI; Appleton, WI; or Green Bay, WI.

Responsibilities include client service, day-to-day transactions, month-end processing, and quarterly tax and form preparation. Responsibilities

• Client Service: gains ability to handle multiple clients, software, and chart of accounts daily, weekly and monthly basis.
• Day to Day Transactions: coordinates & processes accounts payable, cash disbursements, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and payroll.
• Month End Processing: completes financial statements and reconciliations, including bank and credit card, prepaids, accounts receivable, fixed assets, accruals.
• Quarterly/Annual Processing: completes sales tax returns, Form 1099s and other forms as requested by clients.
