Accounting Assistant - $55-65k Salary + Tuition Reimbursement

Exciting opportunity for an accounting professional who is highly detailed / analytical and thirsty to learn to step into a fast paced company that is growing and quickly evolving.This is a GREAT role for someone who has always wanted to “go for it” and get their Bachelor’s degree…this company will support and encourage you through that process and give you opportunity to grow and take on new responsibilities in the years ahead.

• Take full responsibility for Accounts Payable as you own all aspects of AP / vendor relationship management
• Backup the Accounts Receivable function and also help out with GL accounting and Payroll as needed…this team is all cross trained and this is a highly collaborative environment
• Work with the Controller to automate AP processes in a company where “because that’s the way we’ve always done things” is unacceptable
• Receive coaching and support as you take over the billing and invoicing process for the three primary revenue streams for this company - this will give you a great exposure to how the business operates while also understanding the value of staying on top of cash management and receivables.
