Job summary

Vylor Inc. in Des Moines, IA is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our finance strategic projects team within controllership. The GL Project Resource will drive general ledger improvements and support ERP transformations.

You will partner with global teams to design solutions, implement SAP-based processes, and ensure accurate financial reporting while enabling efficient, standardized workflows. Strong communication and collaboration skills, plus a background in GAAP and currency accounting,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance required.
• 5-8 years’ experience in Controllership.
• Experience in SAP implementations.
• Extensive knowledge of master data and cost centers.

Responsibilities

• Design, create and build general ledger solutions for use by global controllership teams.
• Assist global team to develop new solutions and to drive automation.
• Assist on SAP implementations for GL.
• Train business teams to ensure smooth transition and communication for changes.
• Create and maintain status updates for milestones, dependencies, issues and risks.

The GL Project Resource role will be a key team member and will help drive general accounting projects for our business teams that create productivity and efficiency of work processes. The purpose of this role is to deliver the Finance objectives while partnering with the business and functions to ensure that all project requirements are delivered according to the project timelines.Primary Responsibilities - How will you help us Grow!Design, create and build general ledger solutions for use by global controllership teams.Assist global team to develop new solutions and to drive automation.Assist on SAP implementations for GL.Assist with data take on for all ERP & transformation projects.Design and Implement Misc.
