Job summary

Boly Welch is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our downtown Vancouver team. You will own billing, collections, deductions, and accounts receivable, ensuring customer accounts are accurate and moving forward efficiently.

You will report to the Senior Accounting Manager, analyze credit history, resolve issues, and identify improvements to streamline processes. This on-site role emphasizes attention to detail and collaboration with team leadership.

Qualifications

• 4+ years’ experience in collections and associated functions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including advanced proficiency in Excel
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Handle billing, collections, deductions, and accounts receivable.
• Manage customer accounts across all areas and maintain accuracy.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and provide data to support sound decisions.

You’ll bring a sharp eye to the numbers and a thoughtful approach to resolving issues, identifying trends, and keeping processes moving smoothly.

This is a role for someone who enjoys digging into the details — but also knows when there’s a better way to do things. You’ll use your analytical skills to evaluate credit history and account data, identify opportunities to streamline processes, and help ensure the team has the information it needs to make sound decisions.

This is a fully on-site opportunity, in downtown Vancouver.
