Job summary

Lendistry is seeking an Accounting Analyst to maintain the financials and support the accounting team. The role collaborates with the executive team to help manage budgets and ensure timely financial reporting.

You will collect and analyze financial data, prepare reconciliations, and assist with month-end close and audits. A bachelor’s degree in accounting and 1–2 years of experience are preferred, with strong Excel and NetSuite skills required.

• Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or related field of study required.
• 1-2 years accounting experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and NetSuite or other accounting software.

Responsibilities

• Collects and analyzes financial data for short- and long-range planning.
• Prepare monthly bank and GL account reconciliations.
• Assist in month end closing and year-end audit.
• Intercompany invoicing and reconciliation.
• Prepare and review accounting records, financial statements, and reports for accuracy.

This role will be responsible for working one on one with members of the accounting team to help the department support organization goals. This position also serves as a resource to the executive team to help maintain departmental budgets.
