Job summary

University of Maryland Global Campus (UMGC) is seeking adjunct faculty to teach on-site at Schriever Air Force Base, CO, within the Accounting program. Courses include Principles of Accounting I & II and Accounting Information Systems, with focus on real-world application and student engagement.

Required: Master’s degree in Accounting or related field, professional accounting experience, and credentials such as CPA/CIA/CISA/CFE. Prior online and higher education teaching is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Accounting or related field from an accredited institution.
• Professional accounting experience.
• Experience teaching adult learners online and in higher education.
• Certification such as the CPA, CIA, CISA, or CFE.

Responsibilities
