Qualifications

• Master’s degrees in accounting or related fields are required or preferred.
• Ph.D or CPA is preferred for seniority and credentialing.
• College teaching experience and commitment to teaching are expected.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate mastery of their discipline and a deep commitment to student success.
• Employ teaching methods and technology across modalities to facilitate learning.
• Facilitate needs of different learners with responsive pedagogical techniques.
• Examine and adapt instructional practices to engage and support students.
• Engage in course preparation, syllabi development, and student consultations.
• Provide prompt feedback to students through office hours and assessments.
• Respond to emails promptly and adhere to reporting deadlines.
• Participate in college service and community engagement.
