Qualifications

• 3+ years of accounting experience, including general ledger management and month-end close.
• Experience in auditing and financial reconciliation.
• Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Accounting or Business Administration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, Tax, and Reconciliation analyses.
• Prepare and review journal entries, ensuring proper documentation of transactions.
• Assist in preparing annual comprehensive financial reports and quarterly interest allocations.
• Perform audit functions and review internal reports for accuracy.
• Maintain and update financial records in ACCESS databases and Excel spreadsheets.
• Collaborate on process improvements and written procedure documentation.
