The position is contract-to-hire with compensation dependent on experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance and 2+ years of accounting experience are required. The hourly rate ranges from USD 28 to USD 32.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2–5 years of progressive accounting experience.
• Solid GAAP knowledge and corporate accounting principles.
• Experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and post journal entries and maintain the general ledger.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and investigate variances.
• Review AP, AR, accruals, prepaids, and fixed asset activity.
• Assist with intercompany accounting and reconciliations.
• Analyze financial statements and profitability by center.
• Prepare reports and schedules for management and audits.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and tax reporting.
