Compensation / Benefits

  • $26.77-$43.71/hr based on previous work experience

Job Summary
  • Maintains the hospital general ledger by recording monthly journal entries and obtaining the necessary information for other special adjustments.
  • Reconciles general ledger accounts as assigned on a monthly basis.
  • Maintain the hospital fixed assets.
  • Perform other accounting duties.
  • Perform Accounts payable/Payroll-related duties.
  • Assist in month-end reporting and review of statistical reports.
  • Assist with annual audit and cost report.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by department management.
Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration

Experience

  • Three years of hospital accounting or equivalent.

Above requirements can be met by the equivalent combination of education and experience.
