Planet Fitness - Baseline Fitness in Fargo, ND, seeks an Accountant to provide monthly statistical and financial information to company leaders. Responsible for accurate cost allocations, consolidation, and analysis to produce financial statements and reports for management and internal/external customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in tax, accounting, or finance.
• CPA
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in accounting/finance.
• Experience with financial reporting requirements.
• Experience in working with multiple legal entities under different legal umbrellas.

Responsibilities

• Completes day-to-day accounting entries, including miscellaneous and correcting entries.
• Conducts monthly and quarterly account reconciliations for accurate reporting.
• Assists with month-end adjusting entries and closing.
• Prepares financial statements and performs budget analysis.
• Develops and documents accounting policies to strengthen internal controls.
• Participates in forecast processes and financial standards setting.
• Summarizes financial status and prepares balance sheet and income statements.

Job SummaryThe Accountant position is responsible for providing company leaders with monthly statistics and financial information.
