Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance or related field; 3 years accounting experience.
• Experience supporting general ledger activities and month-end close.
• Equivalent experience: Associate degree + 3 years or five years of related work experience

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and variance analysis.
• Prepare journal entries, allocations, recurring amortization and GL maintenance for month-end close.
• Reconcile bank, intercompany and investment GL; monitor cash flow.
• Assist with audits by providing supporting documentation and reconciliations.
• Support vendor setup in ERP including IRS verifications.
