We are looking for a Full-time Accountant Assistant or Accounting Intern to join our growing team. This role is ideal for detail-oriented, motivated candidates who want to develop hands-on experience in accounting and tax preparation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bookkeeping, payroll processing, and sales tax filings
• Prepare individual and business tax returns under CPA supervision
• Organize and maintain client records and supporting documents
• Communicate with clients to collect required information and provide updates
• Assist with insurance applications, renewals, and general office tasks as needed
• Support CPAs during the busy tax season

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin Chinese (required)
• Degree (or pursuing) in Accounting, Finance, or related field

Schedule
