Job summary

DataAnnotation is seeking an Accountant to evaluate AI-generated accounting outputs against real-world practice and provide precise, professional explanations.

You will design prompts to test bookkeeping, reporting standards, and tax scenarios, review model outputs for accuracy, and deliver the correct solution with transparent working to ensure quality and learning.

Qualifications

• CPA, ACCA, or equivalent training, or professional accounting experience.
• Comfort across bookkeeping, financial reporting, or tax.
• Clear written English: explanations are the training signal.

Responsibilities

• Write prompts testing how models handle bookkeeping and tax scenarios.
• Review AI output for misapplied standards, arithmetic slips, and unreconciled entries, and rate the reasoning.
• Write the correct answer when the model falls short, with the working shown clearly.
