Oldcastle BuildingEnvelope in York, PA is seeking a senior accounting professional to support monthly close, revenue and labor reporting, and cost management for our manufacturing operations.

You will analyze revenue, labor metrics, maintain job cost reporting, and collaborate with project managers and finance teams to drive accuracy and cost efficiency. This role offers growth, training, and a pay-for-performance culture with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration is required.
• Minimum of 5 years of accounting or financial analysis experience in manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of financial controls, compliance, and reporting standards.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Independent, detail-oriented, and team-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial reports and support month-end close processes.
• Compile and publish daily revenue and labor metrics, analyze trends and anomalies.
• Troubleshoot revenue recognition issues and support cost accounting processes.
• Generate reports for key performance results and labor metrics in Kronos and other systems.
• Maintain accurate job cost reporting and backlog management for job closeouts.
• Perform entries and reconciliations for accruals, commissions, and field service labor.
• Manage and reconcile cash, AR, and AP activities.
• Coordinate fixed asset tracking and depreciation with corporate finance.
• Provide analytical support for inventory management and cost efficiency projects.
• Collaborate with project managers, warehouse staff, and other departments for timely reporting.
• Participate in special financial projects and process improvement initiatives.

What You Will Get To Do
