Job summary

Talent Center is seeking an experienced accountant for challenging financial analysis and compliance tasks in the Washington, D.C. area. The role involves preparing financial statements, reviewing ledgers, and handling payroll and tax accounting in support of CIA-related requirements.

Qualified candidates will demonstrate strong knowledge of GAAP, accounting standards, and financial analysis, along with solid communication and problem-solving skills. U.S.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of GAAP and accounting standards.
  • Experience with financial and federal accounting standards.
  • Cost accounting standards experience.
  • Managerial accounting and financial analysis skills.
  • Ability to provide accurate financial analysis.
  • Documented good credit history.
  • U.S. citizenship and ability to pass CIA background check.

Minimum Qualifications

    • Financial and Federal Accounting Standards

    • Managerial Accounting
    • Financial analysis
  • Documented good credit history
  • Ability to meet the minimum requirements for joining CIA, including U.S. citizenship and a background investigation

  • Advanced degrees or professional certifications such as:

    • Certified Government Financial Manager
