Responsibilities

• Process grain purchases on a weekly basis.
• Maintain daily position report for all mill locations.
• Calculate feed usage and cost by barn for all farms.
• Maintain documentation required by state departments of agriculture.
• Prepare monthly inventory reports.
• Handle various monthly accruals and reconciliations.
• Invoice customers for manure deliveries.
• Assist with audit workpapers preparation.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Support the accounting manager as needed.
• Adapt to additional responsibilities as the position evolves.
