Job summary

Sanctuary Wealth in Omaha, NE or Indianapolis, IN is seeking an Accountant to support partner firms with monthly bookkeeping and to attend meetings with 3rd party CPA partners to implement recommendations.

Duties include collecting data, ensuring accurate general ledger entries, linking feeds to the accounting system, and coordinating monthly statements with the CFO and CPAs; requires strong Excel skills and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience.
• QuickBooks and Sage Intacct a plus.
• Proficiency with computers and high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Collect financial information from partner firms to enter into the accounting system.
• Communicate with financial advisor firms to ensure activity is recorded properly in the general ledger.
• Assist with linking checking, credit card and other feeds into the accounting system.
• Coordinate monthly financial statement preparation with CFO and 3rd party CPA partners.

• Communicate with the Firm’s tax partner as required, including attending review meetings.

Position Title: Accountant

Position Summary

Responsible for assisting Sanctuary partner firms with bookkeeping services on a monthly basis, including attending meetings with 3rd party CPA partners to track and execute recommendations.

Qualifications

Requirements
