Responsibilities

• Perform assigned month-end accounting activities, including journal entries, reporting, and account reconciliations.
• Provide information and support for annual external audit.
• Track vessel and train shipments, communicate with shipping dock, and manage related payments.
• Perform weekly time-keeping duties and provide bi-weekly reports to Payroll.
• Calculate monthly accruals for royalties and compile quarterly payment requests.
• Cross-train with Section Manager Accounting for daily/weekly tasks.
• Assist with ad-hoc reporting and special projects as requested.

• Perform weekly time‑keeping duties and provide bi‑weekly reports to Payroll.
• Calculate monthly accruals for royalties and compile quarterly payment requests.
• Cross‑train with Section Manager Accounting to provide backup for daily/weekly tasks.
• Assist with ad‑hoc reporting and special projects as requested.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

Salary range for this role is $70,000 – $90,000. The employee’s pay within the salary range will be based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, experience, skills, geographic location, and business or organizational needs.
