Hastings Insurance is seeking an Accountant to join our Accounting team. In this role, you'll perform a variety of professional accounting responsibilities including financial reporting, account analysis, regulatory filings, reconciliations, and general ledger activities. Working closely with colleagues across the organization, you'll help maintain accurate financial records, support reporting requirements, and contribute to projects that strengthen our financial operations.
This is a full‑time position working Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. This role is primarily remote; however, regular onsite collaboration is expected, including a monthly in‑office presence at our Hastings headquarters and additional visits during month‑end, quarter‑end, year‑end, or other business‑critical activities. Candidates should reside within a reasonable driving distance of Hastings, Michigan.
