Job summary

Spronk Brothers in Edgerton, MN, is seeking an experienced Accountant to manage financial operations, maintain accurate records, and provide timely financial reporting to managers and partners. The role includes maintaining ledgers, preparing statements, and performing monthly reconciliations.

You will also assist with year-end close and tax support, manage cost tracking for farm projects, and collaborate on process improvements to support growth in this agriculture-focused business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 2+ years of accounting experience (agriculture experience preferred).
• Basic understanding of tax basis accounting.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
