• Perform daily, weekly and monthly balancing of the Bank's internal deposit accounts
• Perform daily, weekly and monthly journal entries in the Bank's general ledger system
• Maintain and balance the pre-paid assets system and perform reconciliations
• Maintain files as needed within the department
• Prepare correspondence as needed within the department
• Perform such other accounting, financial, or administrative tasks as may be required from time to time - quite often on short notice - by the Accounting Supervisor or CFO
• Assist in the preparation of various management reports
