• 3+ years of accountant working experience.
• Must be a resourceful problem solver, with the ability to prioritize and create approaches to meet required objectives
• Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables
• Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills

Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices and ensure accurate coding to the GL accounts and departments.
• Review and verify supporting documents for PO and non-PO invoices.
• Prepare domestic and international payments, including ACH, checks, and wire transfers.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Business Units to resolve invoice discrepancies.
• Reconcile AP aging reports and vendor statements regularly.
• Assist with monthly accrual entries and AP reconciliations.
• Maintain vendor files, W-9 forms, and 1099 reporting information.
• Support external auditors and provide requested AP documentation.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and approval policies.
• Participate in ERP system enhancements and AP process improvements.

Job Title:Accountant

Pay Range:$25 - $31/hour

What you will DO:
