Job summary

New Millennium is seeking a motivated accounting professional to support a variety of close and reporting duties. You will be responsible for daily journal entries, inventory tracking, and inter-company tie-outs to ensure accurate month-end results.

Ideal candidates have a 4-year accounting degree and prior accounting experience, with willingness to assist across finance functions as needed. This is an on-site role requiring strong attention to detail and collaboration with the broader finance

Responsibilities

• Perform daily accounting activities and record journal entries.
• Assist with inventory tracking and recording.
• Process inter-company transactions and tie-outs at month end.
• Reconcile the company’s bank statements and cash transactions.
• Perform month end reconciliations.
• Assist with other finance/accounting tasks as needed.
