Job summary

Fly My Group in Burnsville, MN is seeking a Staff Accountant to manage daily receivables and payables, reconcile client payments, and support month-end reporting. You will collaborate with the CFO and a driven finance team in a travel-focused company that values passion and precision.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of accounting experience, a bachelor's degree in accounting/finance, and strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks to meet deadlines in a dynamic office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred (not mandatory).
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of preparing and posting transactional journal entries.
• High attention to detail and organization skills.

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an equally passionate and detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our Burnsville, MN office. In this dynamic role, you’ll be at the heart of Fly My Group’s operations, managing and ensuring accuracy in receivable and payable accounts while working on a variety of projects. Requirements

We're looking for passionate problem-solvers with a keen eye for detail. The ideal candidate will have:

• High attention to detail and strong organization skills
