Inizio Evoke Comms is a global health communications agency delivering insights-driven PR, policy, and communications programs for pharma, biotech, medtech, consumer, and nonprofit clients worldwide.

We are seeking an Account Supervisor to lead day-to-day client programmes, manage delivery, and mentor junior staff. This hybrid role reports to a Vice President from our NYC or Philadelphia offices.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years’ experience in communications, PR, healthcare marketing, or related field.
• Agency and/or healthcare communications experience preferred.
• Strong project management and organisational skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience managing client relationships and delivering strategic communications programmes.
• Confident presenter with strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Collaborative, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, business, healthcare/science, or related discipline preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic counsel.
• Lead and manage projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and deliverables are met.
• Develop high-quality communications materials including press releases, social content, reports, presentations, and client updates.
• Support strategic planning and implementation across integrated communications programmes.
• Contribute to new business activity including proposals, presentations, and research.
• Provide guidance and feedback to junior team members and help foster a collaborative team culture.
• Monitor industry trends and apply insights to client recommendations and programme development.

About the Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Account Supervisor to join our team and help deliver impactful healthcare communications programmes for a range of clients. This role is ideal for a proactive communicator who thrives in a fast‑paced agency environment, enjoys managing client relationships, and is passionate about improving lives through health innovation.

As an Account Supervisor, you will lead day‑to‑day client programmes, manage project delivery, and support strategic communications initiatives across healthcare and corporate accounts. You’ll work closely with senior leadership, contribute to business growth opportunities, and mentor junior team members.

This is a hybrid role out of our New York City or Philadelphia office reporting to a Vice President.

You Will:

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position. This range may differ based on your experience and skill set, geographic location, and cost of living considerations. $80,000—$90,000 USD
