Job summary

4M Building Solutions seeks an Account Supervisor to oversee custodial teams, schedule staffing, and ensure quality service. The role offers part-time hours with training provided and a pathway for career growth within our growing Midwest/Southeast footprint.

The ideal candidate will have some supervisory experience, be reliable, comfortable with daily documentation, and capable of promoting a safe work environment while aligning with our 4M standards.

Job Description

The custodial responsibilities include: directly supervising and coordinating work activities of the team; coaching and training; ensuring efficiency and consistency; assisting in cleaning duties.

• Planning and preparing team work schedules
• Implementing 4M standards
• Resolving client issues
• Maintaining accurate records
• Promoting and maintain a safe work environment
